Hi Bill, great lesson on "O'er the Bows to Ballindalloch". First note in the second part, is that a B (as written) or should it be a low A, as in the second bar? My ear is that good, but it sounds like you are playing a low A in both places...

Great tune, that I'd not heard before. Thanks!!

Play as written John: the B is what should be at the beginning of the second part because coming from a low A ending of parts the B is clearer than another low A. The audio files are nearly always the better files with more detail. I do play a long low A accidentally in the video in the second part at one time, then alternatives afterwards.
I am pleased you like the tune that makes a good addition to a bracket of samll strathspeys and reels
that are nice to play at times.
