Regimemntal Marches

Hello Bill,
Firstly, A Happy New Year to you and your family.
Having listened to your lesson on "Highland Laddie" it occurred to me that it might be a profitable (musically!),and interesting, project to have a series on the Regimental Marches of the Scottish Regiments.

This is not a suggestion Bill but simply raising the idea.
So, Slow Marches:
SG,RS, Seaforths, Camerons - Garb of Old Gaul
Scots DG, RHF, BW - My Home
KOSB - The Borderers
QO Hldrs - The Sky Gathering
Gordons - St Andrew's Cross
A&SH - Skye Boat Song

Quick Marches
You have done Highland Laddie
RS - Dumbartons Drums
KOSB, 7/9 RS - Blue Bonnets
QO Hldrs, Seaforths, Camerons - Pibroch o' Donald Dubh
Gordons - Cock o' the North
A&SH - Campbells are Coming
Cameronians - Kenmuir's up and Awa' & Atholl Hldrs
8 A&SH, Liverpool Scottish - Glendaruel Highlanders
Lovat Scouts - Morair Sim
Scottish Horse - The Scottish Horse

Partly why I raise this with you is that as, nearly all of these fine old Regiments have gone it would at least be a record of their tunes.
